Grievance of the petitioner is directed against an order passed under the provisions of the West Bengal Public Land (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1962. The State is represented.

Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition as this is the second writ petition against the self-same impugned order. The first writ petition is pending.

In such circumstances, WPA 7143 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs. Petitioner undertakes to have the application and

the writ petition stamped, punched, affirmed and filed immediately on resumption of the normal functioning of the Court is placed on record.
