The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioners were clearly named in the complaint. It now appears that a proclamation has been issued against some of the petitioners.

Though the third petitioner seeks to set up an alibi, the document is not very convincing.

Considering the entire conspectus, the petitioners are free to surrender and obtain regular bail.
