Petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

In view of the observation of the co-ordinate Bench in C.R.M. 962 of 2020 dated 27.01.2020 in connection with the bail application of the present petitioners and there having been no substantial change in circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

We have been informed that the evidence is complete. We direct the learned trial court to dispose of the matter on merits preferably within a period of six months from date. CRM 6591 of 2020 is disposed of.
