The victim, a minor girl, was in custody of her father. It is alleged that her father gave her to the possession of two persons. The said two persons took her to Delhi and handed her over to the petitioner. The victim used to stay in the house of the petitioner at Delhi. There is no allegation against the petitioner regarding kidnapping of the victim of commission of any Immoral Trafficking Act. She is in custody for a considerable time. There is no chance of commencement of trial at an early date and

accordingly she should be released on bail.

Learned P.P. in-charge on the other hand has drawn our attention to the relevant portions of the case diary specially the statement made by the victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and the statement recorded by the psychological counsellor after her recovery from both the statements complicity of the accused transpires.

In view of such materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is thus considered and rejected.

The application for bail being C.R.M. 6615 of 2020 and C.R.A.N. 1 of 2020 are disposed of.
