The petition is taken up through video-conference on the basis of such undertaking.

Having heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor-in-Charge and on perusal of the materials on record and the case diary, it is ascertained that 12.127 kg of yaba tablets, commonly known as "yaba tablets" were recovered exclusively from the possession of the petitioner. Charge sheet has been submitted under Section 22(c) of the NDPS Act against the petitioner. Chemical examination report supports the prosecution case.

Considering such aspect of the matter, prayer for bail is rejected.

We are told that 5th October, 2020 is fixed for framing of charge by the learned Special Court, Bichar Bhawan, Kolkata.

The learned Trial Judge is requested to frame charge on the date fixed and proceed with the trial expeditiously and conclude the same, preferably within six months from the date. Accordingly, CRM 6624 of 2020 and CRAN 1 of 2020 are disposed of.
