Advocate ... for the State Though the learned advocate on behalf of the prosecution has prayed for time for want of instruction, we are of the view on perusal of the materials on record that the instant application may be disposed of.

The petitioner is booked for committing offence under Sections 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code along with others. At least two co-accused persons were released on bail by a coordinate bench vide order dated 21st January, 2020 in CRM 664 of 2020 and 27th January, 2020 in CRM 925 of 2020. The petitioner stands on same footing.

Accordingly, he may be granted anticipatory bail. In the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions contained in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the

trial court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

CRM 6655 of 2020 is thus disposed of.
