Inadvertent typographical error had crept in the order dated 21.09.2020. The 3rd line of the second page of the said order the words "learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas" be read as "learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas".

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Department shall make necessary corrections in the order. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
