Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioners and the learned P.P. in-charge on behalf of the State and on perusal of the materials on record, we are of the view that the nature of the case does not demand custodial interrogation of the petitioners. Moreover, the instant case is an outcome of a countercase filed by the petitioners against the defacto complainant and others.

Considering all such aspects of the matter, we are inclined to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we allow the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer of the case. The petitioners must meet the Investigating Officer once in a week during the investigation.

The aforesaid order shall be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 6677 of 2020 is disposed of.
