This is a case under Section 21(b)(ii)(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

The accused is charged with possession of a commercial quantity of the subject drug. Charge-sheet has been filed. Filing of a supplementary charge-sheet is contemplated. We dispose of this application for bail by directing that the charge be framed as expeditiously as possible and the trial be commenced and concluded within a reasonable time. ( I. P.
