There are allegations and counter allegations of violation of the modesty of female family members of the landlord and tenant. The complaint was lodged on 5th August, 2020. No arrest has been made by the police so far. In those circumstances, we grant the application for anticipatory bail.

Subject to the above, in the event of arrest, the petitioners will be released on bail upon furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each together with personal release bond of equivalent value each to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioners will also comply with the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code.

CRM 6715 of 2020 and the interim application filed therein are disposed of.
