The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The alleged homicide took place on 31st January, 2020. The victim's brother is in custody. It is submitted that the chargesheet against him has been submitted. The petitioner is the brother's wife.

No steps have been taken against her till date. For the above reasons, we are minded to allow the application for anticipatory bail.

Subject to the above, in the event of arrest the petitioner will be released on bail upon furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) together with personal release bond of equivalent value each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.

The petitioner will also comply with the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code.

CRM 6733 of 2020 is disposed of.
