Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that search and seizure has already been effected in connection with this case and so the cusotdial detention of the petitioner may not be warranted.

Learned advocate for the State produces the case diary and draws the attention of this court to the seizure list.

We have perused the materials in the case diary and the seizure list from which it reflects that the alleged seizure was from the house of the petitioner, as such we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case where the petitioner can be granted bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is

rejected.

The application being CRM 6737 of 2020 and CRAN 1 of 2020 are disposed of.
