Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners, that is, parents-in-law of the victim housewife in subjecting her to mental and physical torture over demand of dowry and in view of the fact that the victim suffered unnatural death within four years of marriage, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail being CRM 6740 of 2020 is rejected.
