Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the murder of the

victim and as his prayer for bail was rejected in June, 2020, we are of the opinion that there is no change in circumstances and this is not a fit case to grant bail at this stage.

The application for bail, being CRM No. 6753 of 2020, is accordingly rejected.
