Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

The application, being CRAN No. 1 of 2020, is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the murder of the victim and as his prayer for bail was rejected in July, 2020 and there is no change in circumstance since then, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail, being CRM No. 6759 of 2020, is accordingly rejected.
