Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the fact that 300 grams of heroin was recovered from

the joint possession of the petitioner and the co-accused, which is above commercial quantity and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail, being CRM No. 6758 of 2020, is accordingly rejected.
