Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

The application, being CRAN No. 1 of 2020, is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged possession of narcotic substance, which is above commercial quantity and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail, being CRM No. 6764 of 2020, is accordingly rejected.
