Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in assaulting the victim resulting in hospitalisation and intra cranial hemorrhage (hemorrhagic contusion at left temporo-parietal lobes) , we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
