In re: CAN 1 of 2020 This is an application for urgent hearing of the writ petition and is disposed of by taking up the writ petition for consideration.

Tender processes are under challenge in the present writ petition at the behest of a person who did not participate in the tender processes.

In view of the petitioner not participating in the tender processes, I do not find any legal right of the petitioners to be infringed for a writ Court to exercise its discretion. W.P.A. 7153 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
