The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within one week of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioner prays for bail merely on the ground of the delay in the trial when there could have been no activity as a criminal trial taken up in the last six or seven months. Since there is no change in the circumstances after the previous rejection of the petitioner's prayer in December, 2019, the present prayer is rejected.

CRM 6798 of 2020 along with the interim application therein are disposed of.
