For the Respondent It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that this writ petition has been wrongly instituted before this Hon'ble Court and the appropriate Forum to redress the grievance of the petitioner is the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, W.P. 7175(W) of 2020 is dismissed. Consequently CAN 1 of 2020 stands disposed of. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Tribunal in accordance with law.

It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case. Nothing in this order will be binding on the learned Tribunal in deciding the merits of the case.
