Act.

Mr. Usof Ali Dewan Mr. Asif Dewan ... for the petitioners Mr. Goutam Wilson ... for the State An unnatural death of a woman took place on 7th April, 2020. Charge-sheet was submitted on 24th July, 2020. Bail to her husband was granted on 27th July, 2020. The petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the victim. Under the aforesaid circumstances, we allow this application for anticipatory bail with liberty to the State to apply for vacation of this order and apply for custodial interrogation in case of noncooperation of the petitioners. In the event of arrest, the petitioners will be released upon furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each together with personal release bond of equivalent value to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

The petitioners shall also comply with the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

C.R.M.6811 of 2020 and CRAN 1 of 2020 are, accordingly, disposed of.
