Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 24 days. Learned advocate for the petitioner further submits that the present case was initiated due to domestic dispute existing between the complainant and the present petitioner.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the

prayer for bail.

Learned advocate for the defacto complainant is also present.

We have perused the materials in the case diary and also an order passed on 21.9.2020 in CRM 6707 of 2020 by a co-ordinate bench of this court. Having considered the nature of the allegations, we are of the opinion that the petitioner is entitled to be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Uluberia on condition that he shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever, In the event the petitioner fails to comply with the conditions as enshrined hereinbefore, it is open to the trial court to cancel the bail without any reference to this court.

The application for bail being C.R.M. 6812 of 2020 and C.R.A.N. 1 of 2020 are disposed of.
