Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that subsequent to the order dated October 1, 2020 by this Court, the missing person was recovered by the police. Accordingly, he submits that this writ petition has now become infructuous.

In light of the above, WPA 7188 of 2020 along with connected application are dismissed as infructuous as no further orders are required to be passed.
