The writ petition is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated August 16, 2021. Learned Advocate appearing for the State on the basis of the written instructions submits that, the police received a complaint of the petitioner dated August 19, 2021 which was registered by the police as a First Information Report on August 22, 2021 being Namkhana Police Station Case No.160 of 2021 under Sections 447/188/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the respondent nos.5 and 6 and that the investigations with regard thereto are in progress. He also submits that the police are keeping strict vigil at the locale. Learned Advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that the private respondents are not carrying out any new construction at the locale. In the facts of the present case, since the police acted on the complaint of the petitioner as noted above,

further interference by the Writ Court is not called for at this stage.

WPA 7206 of 2020 along with IA No.: CAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
