Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Accordingly, the application being 1 of 2020 is disposed of. Having considered materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in assaulting the victim who succumbed to his injuries and as he stands on the same footing with other co-accused persons whose prayer for bail was turned down, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
