The present revision had been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding of Special Case No.04 of 2020 arising out of ACB Police Station Case No.3 of 2020 dated February 18, 2020 under Section 7(c) read with Explanation 2(i) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the Court of the learned Special Judge under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 cum learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bench II, City Sessions Court at Calcutta. Considering the said submissions and the written instruction which is taken on record the present revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
