In the 2nd line of the 15th paragraph of the 4th page of the said order, the expression "in the resolution dated August 9, 2017" shall stand corrected and be read as "on January 1, 2020".

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 13.12.2023.

The other parts of the order dated 13.12.2023 shall remain unaltered.
