Mr. Datta, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, the building in question is in danger. Load bearing pillar has developed crack. To that end his clients have made representation dated 10th June, 2020 to Executive Engineer (Building) of Borough - VIII of Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

The Corporation has conducted two inspections. Mr. Kumar, learned advocate appears on behalf of private respondent nos. 5 to 9 and submits, this writ petition is counter-blast of petitioner no.

2. Mr. Datta disputes this submission. Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Corporation. He submits, there be a direction for the representation being dealt with.

The Corporation through concerned office will deal with representation dated 10th June, 2020 upon giving opportunity of hearing to petitioners and private respondents. They must be informed of the decision by four weeks from date of communication of this order. The writ petition and connected application are disposed of.
