Considering the urgency pleaded by the petitioner in CAN 1 of 2020, the instant writ petition is taken up for hearing.

Accordingly, the application being CAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation to the respondent nos.4 and 5 for refund of sums of money under Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana remains unconsidered and undisposed of till date.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner's application dated 16th June, 2019 enclosing therewith the statement of claims on account of various persons lodged for benefit under the Swasthya Bima Yojana Scheme shall be considered and disposed of by the

respondent nos.3, 4 and 5 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
