This was done by Block Development Officer, Baghmundi Development Block (respondent no.3). Ms. Tewary appears on behalf of State and submits, said respondent be directed to issue order regarding petitioner's work as Facilitator, whether should continue or be discontinued on withdrawal of the password.

Mr.

Bhattacharjee submits, his client did nothing wrong and should not be stopped from working but should be allowed to continue to work.

Respondent no. 3 will take a decision in the matter and inform petitioner within two weeks from date of communication of this order.

On above, the writ petition alongwith connected application are disposed of.
