Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner as the owner of the vehicle which was used for transportation of narcotic substance, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail being CRM 6875 of 2020 is rejected.
