The writ petition is directed against challenging a notice issued under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI).

In view of the non-appearance of the petitioner, WPA 7241 of 2020 alongwith the connected interlocutory application stands dismissed for default.
