Petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. According the application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioners i.e. in-laws of the housewife in torturing her who suffered unnatural death within one year of marriage and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
