Records reveal that the matter was adjourned on 26th November, 2020 as nobody appeared in support of the writ petition. Even today when this Court is functioning in a restrictive manner due to pandemic, the petitioner after bringing the matter in the list remains unrepresented. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the case.

In such circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Since the main writ petition is dismissed, the connected application, being CAN of 2020, automatically stands dismissed.
