The petitioner alleges that the Kolkata Municipal Corporation along with police and some local miscreants are trying to encroach the land belonging to the petitioners. Evidently, there are disputes with regard to an immovable property. A writ Court need not interfere in such circumstances. The petitioners are at liberty to avail of their remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. W.P.A. 7247 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
