C.O. 1223 of 2020 along with CAN 1 of 2020 are disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 3rd Court at Alipore to make all endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No.32 of 2003 as expeditiously as business of the Court shall permit after resumption of normal functioning of the Court.
