The grievance of the petitioners is that a representation which had been filed as far back as on 15th January, 2020 has been kept pending and no decision has yet been taken by the respondent no.6. Mr. De appearing for the State submits that he has no objection if the respondent no.6 is directed to consider and dispose off the representation of the petitioners being Annexure P-5 at page 49 of the petition.

In view of the submissions by the petitioners the respondent no.6 is directed to consider and dispose off the representation of the petitioners being Annexure P5 at page 49 of the petition dated 15th January, 2020 within six weeks from date.

It is made clear that nothing in this order will be binding on the respondent no.6 on the merits of the case which the respondent no.6 is at liberty to decide in accordance with law.

The respondent no.6 will communicate the reasoned decision to the petitioners two weeks from taking such decision.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA 7281 of 2020 is disposed off. However, there will be no order as to costs.
