The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within one week of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioner claims that a family dispute over a land resulted in a fight with injuries being suffered on either side. However, in this case one person died and two others appear to have sustained serious injuries.

The State relies on the statements of eye-witnesses. This petitioner's involvement appears to be direct and real. The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.

CRM 6910 of 2020 and the interim application are disposed of.
