Heard Mr. Majumder, learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for the State respondents.

Bhattacharjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the Bank has already taken possession of the property in question.

In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
