This is an application for restoration of a writ petition which was dismissed on August 17, 2023. The application for restoration was filed on August 24, 2023.

Sufficient cause being made out in the restoration application as to why the petitioner was prevented from not being represented on the day when the matter was dismissed for default, the restoration application stands allowed, without any order as to costs. The order of dismissal dated August 17, 2023 stands recalled.

The writ petition stands restored to its original file with number.

Accordingly, I.A. No.CAN 2 of 2023 stands allowed without any order as to costs.
