The respondent authorities have not produced the letter of termination as directed by a coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court by an order dated October 1, 2021 till date. Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners argues that the respondent authorities failed to comply with the directions of the Hon'ble Single Judge of this Court in CPAN 268 of 2021.
