CAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of by taking up the writ petition for consideration.

Petitioner complains of illegal construction on public road.

State is represented.

In view of the nature of allegation, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent no.3 to visit the locale, upon notice to the petitioner and the private respondent. He will prepare a sketch map of the road as also the plot belonging to the petitioner. He will identify the any illegal construction, if any, on public road. In the event, he finds any illegal construction on public road, he will intimate about the same to the appropriate authority for the purpose of removal of such illegal encroachment.

List the writ petition a fortnight hence before the appropriate Bench, when the report as called for be submitted.
