An order passed by the appellate authority exercising jurisdiction under the provisions of the West Bengal Public Land (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1962 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

The petitioner and the State are represented. The impugned order is reasoned. It cannot be said that, the impugned order suffers from lack of jurisdiction or that there is a breach of principles of natural justice in the impugned order.

In such circumstances, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.

W.P.A.7316 of 2020 is dismissed without any order as to costs..

IA No. CAN/1/2020 is disposed of by taking up the main writ petition for consideration.
