The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction upon the Prodhan, Haturia-II Gram Panchayat for constructing a road which would give access to his village Bhuarah in the district of Howrah.

It is to be noted that on an earlier occasion, the petitioner has filed a similar writ petition being W.P.10111 (W) of 2018 .

By an order dated July 3, 2019, a Coordinate Bench of this Court allowed the petitioner's prayer to withdraw the said writ petition. The petitioner was allowed to approach before the appropriate authority to ventilate his grievance.

It is to be noted that in the present writ petition,

the petitioner has not mentioned about the said order dated July 3, 2019 nor has he disclosed any subsequent representation being made to the competent authority. For the reasons aforesaid, the writ petition being WPA 7326 of 2020 stands dismissed.
