The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per the Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the self-same prayer has recently been rejected by a Hon'ble Division Bench presided over by Justice I.P. Mukerji. In view of the fact that the narcotic substance above commercial quantity has been seized from the petitioner and having regard to Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to pass any order in favour of the petitioner. The application for bail is rejected.
