And In the matter of : Masuda Khatoon @ Bibi @ Sikdar ... Petitioner Mr. Uday Sankar Chattopadhyay, Mr. Sanganu Maji, Ms. Snigdha Saha, Mr. S. Dan .. for the Petitioner Mr. Saibal Bapuli, Ms. Sayanti Santra ..for the State Leave is given to the learned Advocate for the petitioner to correct the name of the police station in the cause title in course of the day.

The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one moth of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

Accordingly, IA No. CRAN/1/2020 is disposed of. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State has firmly submitted that the petitioner stands on

the same footing as that of the applicants in CRM 5568 of 2020 who were granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 25th August, 2020. Having regard to the materials on record and the custody already suffered, we are of the view that the petitioner is no more required to be detained in prison. Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond Rs.10,000/- together with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Burdwan.

The application for bail being C.R.M. 6967 of 2020 is allowed.
