Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

Accordingly, IA No. CRAN/1/2020 is disposed of. Having considered the materials on record as well as the injury report produced before us on behalf of the prosecution, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner No.2.

However, the prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner No.1 is rejected.

We allow the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner No.2, namely, Kanchana Das (Saha). In the event of arrest, the petitioner No.2 shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond Rs.10,000/- together with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 6966 of 2020 is disposed of.
