CAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of by taking up the writ petition for consideration.

It appears from the records made available to the Court that, the petitioner made a representation for rejoining the post as civic volunteer upon the criminal case as against him being disposed of.

The representation dated February 12, 2020 is yet to be considered and decided by the police authorities.

In such circumstances, the respondent no.3 is requested to consider and decide the representation dated February 12, 2020 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law. The respondent no.3 will pass a reasoned order, which he will communicate to the petitioner forthwith thereafter. It is expected that, the respondent no.3 completes the entire exercise within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of

this order to him.

W.P.A. No.7362 of 2020 is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
