The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The application is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

Considering the involvement of the petitioner in the commission of the offence and upon consideration of the injury report, we are not inclined to allow the application of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. The application is rejected.
